This longer scene first shows preparations for the procession and tests for choir concerts at St. Paul's Shipwreck Church, with a lot of active audience. Then follows the climax of the holiday: the statue of St. Paul is carried out of the church, accompanied by the applause and elation of the audience; marching bands play in the streets, children bathe in mountains of confetti and clamber up cannons.
